VPN and VNC

guys i need your help!

1) i would like to configure VPN and VNC
-i dont undestand how to do this

i know there is teamviever and its work, but i want to setup VPN and RDP or VNC

P.S. i cant find nothing on google or youtube

does enyone know!!! i've done setup in Jumi one (very good app) and forwarding ports i've dona as well but i dont understand how to make work VPN. VNS on iphone and PC looks easy to configure, only problem is VPN.
