What is a VPN connection and do I need one? I noticed it in my settings and wondered what it does and if anyone uses it.

VPN is short for Virtual Private Network. It allows to communicate private information securely over a public network. I don't use it, so I can't tell you more about it.

iPhone users have firm belief that iOS is the most secure smartphone Operating System and breaching its security is impossible, but the recent hacking and spamming incidents of iPhone have blurred this image and raised a doubt on the security parameters of iPhone, so I must say it is better to protect your iPhone than to live with the risks and the smartest way to do it is to use a VPN for iPhone to protect the online security of iPhone
