VZW Iphone 4, Issues with my voice coming through choppy?

I switched to Verizon from T-Mobile and bought the iphone 4. The call quality on my end if fantastic but.... When talking to others (not all the time but it happens once a day) they say my voice is cutting in and out or is all garbled sounding (if thats a word ha). I called vzw and had them send me a replacement iphone and it has already done the same thing on the first call. Im in full tower areas with 3g. Any idea on what could cause this or if there is a fix for it?

We have had the same problem on both of our new 4s phones, My earpiece reception cuts in n out. Have 3 bars and within 2 miles visually of a new tower. We have done the cell tower update. Apple sending us new phones, even the ringing seems to not be digital quality, text, internet all good.

We had AT&T before and changed for better reception throughout oregon n washington
