Want earbuds with these requirements, can you help?

Dear All,
This is my first thread.
I lost my original earphones for iPhone 4S and now on the market to buy something instead. My requirements:
1. Very compact, with a cord or cordless is not important as long as I cannot lose them easily;
2. Volume, start/stop, next/previous song, answer calls/talk capabilities;
3. Sound quality similar to original iPhone earphones or better;
4. Reliability – similar to original iPhone earphones or better;
5. Capable to listen to the music from a normal laptop (I use Skype for work a lot and often from my work laptop) and other mobile phones – I intend to buy Samsung or other non-Apple mobile phone in the future, I would like to have one set of earphones for both, iPhone earphones for some reason did not give good sound quality when used with my Dell laptop, also my other cheap (non-Apple, about £3 or $5) earphones did not work well with iPhone;
6. Price – as cheap as I can get;
7. Preferably with active noise cancelling, not compulsory if it increases the price significantly.
