I have iPhone 5s factory unlocked and remaining 06 months of warranty.

I want to use cydia ?

how can I ? any problem with warranty after jailbreak ?

Apple will void the warranty of a jailbroken iPhone And refuse to service an out of warranty iPhone if it's brought in for service. If a jailbroken iPhone requires warranty or other service all you have to do is remove the jailbreak before taking it in for service.
