WEAK vibration notification

Has anyone else noticed the WEAK vibration since upgraded to Ios5?

I don't think that there is any alternative vibration program for cusotm vibration anymore that works on Ios5.

Does anyone have any resolutions for this or any programs that work to alter the stock vibrations?
