Weather background

Have an IPhone 4 and loaded IOS 7 and it's OK but I do not like the weather background in the Weather app. It's too light form me during the day. Is there a way to change that? I could care less about the day/night thing.

Ha! That's one of my faves. Living in south Florida I am digging the lightning strikes. I even put in anchorage Alaska so I could watch some snow.
