Weather Icon Issue

Jailbroken Iphone 4 5.1.1 untethered. Okay so here is my issue. I have the standard Apple NC weather widget active as well as Weather Icon in the status bar. The temps do not match any more.

However, if I am in an app the weather in the status bar will update but then return to the non-updated weather once I return to the home screen or lock screen. If I go to Settings and reset the status bar view it updates correctly for a while.

Anyone else have this issue or no possibly what is causing it? Thanks.

Normal. All I do to make the status bar temp match the rite temp...I just open the Weather.app, then close it.

Done. Works for me.

the reason the icon shows the wrong temp is because the weather app is not a true live weather app. you have open the app to get the correct the temps..
