I am looking at the 'Website Data' list on my iPhone 4s and I am noticing several websites that I have never visited. I have only had my iPhone since March and I am definitely the only person who ever uses it. Can anyone shed some light on this? I'm at a loss...

Many websites use services/data from other sites, advertisement and click tracking services come to mind, so you will eventually end up with data from third-party sites.
