What happened to my AudioBooks?

Upgraded from my 4 to a 4S yesterday. Everything smooth. Backup from iCloud flawless. Got in my car to drive home last night and opened iPod app on phone and all my audiobooks are gone. I listen to them on the drive to and from work.

Where did they go & how can I get them back. This is nuts!

I assume it has something to do with Siri. Cause that should be the only real difference in iOs6 between the 4 and the 4S, right? I disabled Siri, but the audiobooks are still gone. WTF!

The loss of your audio books have nothing to do with Siri.... try re-loading your audio books onto your iPhone 4s with iTunes when you get home..

Really?!?!!? Nothing to do with Siri? Hmmmmmmmm..........

Then that means, since I get the audiobooks through an email subscription and not through iTunes (even though they are in my iTunes account and that is how they get synced onto my iPhone) they are not included in the backups I do to iCould. Therefore, they are not restored to my iPhone when I installed the backup.

That is the only possibility I can reason out, if indeed it has nothing to do with Siri. Would you agree?
