What is the icon on the upper left corner

An icon appeared on the upper left corner of the phone, covering the signal strength before the carrier's name.
It looks almost like a bullseye.

Welcome to iPhoneForums. Not sure what that icon is. I have never seen that before

My guess is that it's not part of iOS at all, but one of your app indicators.

It must have been an App, rebooting removed the icon. Thank you all. Now, time to find which app is causing the issue.
