What Is This Icon?

I have never seen this icon on my phone before and now all of a sudden it is there. Looks like a little speaker or something, however, not sure why it is there?

You must be trying to view it on your phone, cause on a regular size screen it is as clear as a bell

Notices now that sometimes it is displaying and sometimes not, lol what in the world is it for?

Was trying to find a screen icon legend, but no luck.

Never seen it before. Must be a verzion thing. Perhaps everyone else will get it in the 4.3 update.

Looks like it's telling you your on loudspeaker or have music or something playing in the background...?
