WhatsApp failed on calls

I have restored my new iPhone X from iPhone 7 Plus with all my contents, In What’s phone calls I am gating a failure. If I am using Bluetooth devices or earphone it’s working fine..
Apple store have changed for a new phone and stil not working Can you help...

Welcome to iPhone Forums!

You might have to turn off Bluetooth, if you wish to make a call via WhatsApp without those devices. Make sure there’s no other app using your microphone or earpiece.

Thanks for your reply, I have tried everything and Apple services has even change the iPhone stil not working.
