Whatsapp web

Good day,
Please I've been searching for whatsapp forum but I didn't find.
I have problem when i use whatsapp web on my phone browser and pc.
Why i can't see the conversation side when i use whatsapp web.
I've tried on wifi and mobile network connection.
Anyone have same problem? Please help.
I've already reinstalled, logout my account.

The latest version of the Whatsapp app has to be installed on your iPhone. The only browser where you can use Whatsapp web, is Chrome, afaik.

I’ve removed the other thread you started, which was asking the same question. Better keep the discussion to one thread only. That will also guarantee better solutions.

The answer was already given by the previous poster. The thread is also almost 4 years old and the OP hasn’t been back since making the first post. Thread closed.
