when i respring all my app go out of folderS?

hi guys for some reason when ever my iphone 4 resprings all my apps move from there folders and on the main screen? it takes me ages to put them all back in and its pissing me off any help would be greatfull

Have you noticed it's happened since you've installed something from cydia? Could be a couple of conflicting jailbreak tweaks causing it. If so try uninstaling the last thing you installed in cydia and work your way back to see which one fixes it...
