white iphone 4 4.3.3 (4.1.1) unlock

hi there i have a iphone 4 on 4.3.3 firmware and jail broken but its on 3 net work and im with T-mobile i understand that base band 4.1.1 can not be unlocked yet? so i got a gevy sim and what utter rubbish it is i cant use my 3g with it now this is no good to me dose any one eles have this problem ? im from the uk also if that means any thing thanks alot
