I noticed something strange ok so there is a contact that I have blocked. I don't believe the person has also blocked me because I still always see a profile pic which he changes quite often and SOMETIMES the "last seen" time. Here is the strange part other times I don't see the last seen time at all why is that? My other friend who has the same person as a contact can see his last seen always but I am not able to at times. Why is that?
Any ideas on why?
