Whobody can help me with unlocking Iphone5 form AT&T

Hi everybody!
My name is Kostiantyn and i live in Europe. Three weeks ago i bought Iphone5 locked to AT&T (phone is out of contract now), but unfortunately for me unlock servers are down now and i can't unlock my new phone.
I found information that current or former AT&T customers can unlock 5 phones per year absolutely for free. Here the link: https://www.att.com/deviceunlock
Please help me with this situation.

AT&T requires the phone to be out of its two year contract to be eligible to be unlocked. The 5 has only been available for 15 months at best (if it was purchased the first week they were out) unless the original purchaser bought it at full price and not the contract price. That being said, AT&T will also unlock the phone for you as long as the phone is not under contrat and the phone is not encumbered. By that I mean that the purchaser does not owe them money and neither do you. You do not have to be a current customer for them to unlock an eligible phone for you.
