This seems odd, but I know I'm not alone in it. I used to be able to simply plug my iPhone 6 into a USB port in my laptop, and save my photos to Windows Photo Gallery. For the past year or so, I would have to perform this ritual a half-dozen times or so before the phone would be recognized, but lately it hasn't been recognized at all. My daughter has the same issue with her 6. My laptop is an Acer, while her's is an HP. Is there a setting or something we're both missing?
