Why cant I post a comment on youtube?

Sometimes I can post a comment on youtube sometimes I cant also same thing with adding videos to favorites & adding to playlist. Does anyone know how to fix this when it happens it always say "youtube not available" but I'm on high speed internet wifi & I can watch videos. They load fast so it's not my connection.
