Why is there a iOS 7.0.2

I understand they have to update the Biggs and fix the jipps in the system. Is this the program that will be able to jail brake? Or can u jail break 7.0.1?

iOS 7 or iOS isn't jailbreakable ATM. Well, with the exception of the iPhone 4, but the jailbreak isn't worth it. Nothing is compatible and Cydia hasn't been updated to work with iOS 7.

iOS 7.0.1 or 7.0.2 is safe to update to.
