WIFI Calling - T-Mobile

I have an iPhone 5 on the T-Mobile network. My plan doesn't have a lot of minutes so I'm looking for a way to make voice calls using WIFI. IOS is 8.1.

Is there anything that works for the iPhone 5? It is jailbroken, if that matters.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Phone calls over WiFi on T-Mobile does not work with the iPhone 5, you need the 5S, 5C, or newer to take advantage of WiFi calling.

You can use those on WiFi. You can also make FaceTime audio calls over WiFi or cellular. iOS Using FaceTime - Apple Support

Tango works on any wifi connections as well as cellular not. I travel out of county and use it all the time. Free,,,
