wifi not working...

I just got a used 3gs and it will not connect to wifi... i have 3 other cell phones in house and they all connect just fine. its just the 3gs. any suggestions? I reset network settins. I did a full reset and I reset my router.. and nothing... I just dont get it...

Same happened to me and I had to complete a hard reset on my phone. Back everything up first
