WIFI not working

My WIFI has stopped working and all I get is a greyed out screen and I can't turn it on tried turning off and on, reset network settings and even ran the battery fat ????

Do a hard reset and see if it's fixed. Otherwise, either try the freezer/dryer method, or just restore it.

Done the hard reset and restore without any success not sure what the freezer/dryer method is ?

Dryer/Freezer method is where you literally take a blow dryer and blow it at the corner of the Wifi receptor with medium heat to see if it works, and if that doesn't work, put your device in a bag and put it in your freezer for a bit.
