wifi problems

iphone 4 just says unable to connect when i put the pass code in for my wifi. its a SKY netgear router. my macbook and nokia work fine with it. any ideas ??????

have you configured the router correctly?

If the router has been configured by someone else they might have enabled additional security features, such as your MAC address has to be added to the allowed to connect database, more ip addresses enabled if it limited to 4 - 5 devices. etc etc..

Or as you might already have thought of could be a faulty iPhone.

sure your typing the pass correctly? the touch screen keyboard only is easy to press the wrong letter

Go to settings/wi-fi and remove your home wi-fi profile (forget this network) and add your wi-fi connection again.
