Wiggeling Icons

Why does my 4S have wiggeling I-cons at times when I pull it out of my pocket? I noticed the I-cons are also locked up till I hit the home button.

You need to lock your phone before you put it in your pocket... The wiggling means you have kept a finger on an icon too long, this now allows you to delete or move an icon or app around the screen, pressing the home button turns this off..
