Will the iPhone 4 sync with my Google Contacts' birthdays and give a reminder?

If not, how can I do this? I haven't got the phone yet, but I will sync my Google contacts through iTunes. That being said, will it give me a reminder, or is there an app that can do this?

All the ones I see on the appstore have like 99% of the reviews one star.

Hey check out Happy B'day! app... it's great I use it. It even has a bunch of templates to pick when it reminds you. So it will send "Hey Happy Birthday Matthew, have a good one! " to sms, email, or facebook... I rate the app it is great
