Wow - an App that dosnt exist! Gap in the market?

Hi all, newbie here, very frustrated. Been searching for an app or ANY way that i can schedule my phone to ring someone automatically at a set time / date OR a way to ring my own phone at a set time / date

All ive found so far are 'alarm call' services that are quite costly. Any ideas?
