WWE Immortals Arrives in App Store

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and WWE announced this week the arrival of WWE Immortals in the App Store. The game has been developed by NetherRealm Studios, the team behind the best-selling Mortal Kombat franchise and Injustice: Gods Among Us.

The free-to-play title features Superstar battles in a re-imagined WWE world, with WWE Superstars such as John Cena, The Rock, Brock Lesnar, Triple H, Roman Reigns, The Bella Twins, Big Show and Sheamus, who all get to battle as out-of-this-world versions of themselves.

The touch-based combat system lets you unleash over-the-top signature Superstar moves and special powers to get the better of your opponents. As the game progresses you can improve your roster, adding gear and support cards. There will even be in-game challenges that are tied in to real-life WWE pay-per-view events.
