Help Changing Cover Photo on Photo Albums?

Pretty irritating that I can't find a way to change my cover photos for my photo albums.
It just randomly selects which one to use...and the current ones I do not want up!

My current albums are:
-Camera Roll
-Photo Stream
-Photo Library
-My Pictures
-Photo Stream

-My Pictures is an album from my PC...and it has an "undesirable" photo on the cover...how may I change this to something other?

The cover photo on any album except camera roll is the first picture in the album. I don't think you can freely move them around, so either delete the first pic and add it back or start a new album and choose your first pic carefully. Hope this helps.
