I just jailbroke my iphone4 running 4.3.3 using redsn0w... Very simple took less than 5 min to complete ;-)

yes there is a way. Download the latest GreenPoison and download the ipsw 4.3.3 and then jailbreak.

Apple find out what? That you've jailbreaked the iOS? no they will not find out, unless you show up in apple store with a jailbroken iPhone, so if your jailbroken iphone is to have an issue in the future which will require you to go to apple with the device, just restore the iOS to factory iOS using itunes and go to apple, they will be very happy to help you the best way they can.

greenpois0n does not support 4.3.3 it stopped at 4.2.1.. use redsn0w for 4.3.3
