4s Front Camera Not Working

My front camera is not working which prevents me from using FaceTime and taking selfies. I had a cracked screen repaired and after the repair was finished the camera stopped working. The repair person then replaced the existing camera with a new one but it still would not work. An solutions?

It's possible that the repair person damaged the camera connections. If that's the case, replacing the camera wouldn't have fixed the problem. A diagnostic test would be necessary to pinpoint the problem.
