I'm seriously annoyed that the option in settings/general/accessibility for White on Black makes EVERYTHING negative...photos, icons, apps...everything. Seriously? I like having the white on black text/background, it's much easier on my eyes, but it's just stupid to make it change everything.
And of course, the thing that feels like a giant "F-you" from Apple (in the you get it like WE want it, not like YOU want it way) is that I can't have the home screen have the icons/widgets etc. that I want. Why do I have to have the icons on the main screen that THEY want me to have? How exactly does it hurt them to let me customize that? I want a clock on the main screen that I can actually read at a glance, as well as my most used apps and links. I can't even delete the ones I will never use, I just have to leave them there for eternity.
Apple has apparently decided it's easier to just give us what they want us to have than to give us what we want when it comes to the simple things like the ability to customize. Not that I don't enjoy my iphone, it's pretty amazing and I'm having a lot of fun with it, I just wish the UI was a little more friendly.
If there are any fixes for these things, I'd love to know.
Jailbreak.
