About itunes radio

I've just updated my iphone 4 to ios 7.0.4 and and when i open itunes app, it doesn't load the itunes radio, what am i supposed to do? Thanks .

What country are you located in? At the present time, iTunes Radio is only available in the U.S..

I guess reason is that i'm not using U.S id, i've changed it to another one.. Alright, thanks for help.

Can you record songs off of ITunes (PC) that are on the radio?I do it on online radio system...!
