Seems to be a kernel issue. There aren't any public utilities that are made to perform RAMDISK dumps, as most procedures require your device to be previously jailbroken with certain tweaks installed. You can try bringing it to Apple and see if they can perform a DISK dump of your device as I've heard that they've been able to do it on several occasions
