Hello

Can I use Air-Drop to transfer songs from my I Phone to another I Phone that is very near in proximity to mine? If so, what is the procedure?

With AirDrop, you can share photos, videos, contacts, locations or files from apps such as Safari. It's not possible to get music to another iDevice via AirDrop, though.

If the other iPhone is your own, you should get the song(s) to it via iTunes Store or iTunes. If the iPhone belongs to a family member, set up Family Sharing, so your family member can download it as well.
