Albums being split on iPhone 5

Hi, I buy an album on iTunes and when it has downloaded and I check the phone I get two album covers and sometimes the same songs in each. When I look at iTunes on my PC the same.... two album covers. I don't seen to be able to copy on to the other to make just one album. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, AussieRosco
