all icons disappear

i have jailbreaked iPhone ios 9.3.3 .
today i had bad mistake and from ifile i delete a folder named ( iapcrazy )
and after that my phone hanged out for 5 sec and restart automatically
after my phone turned on i have this home screen ( attached file ) !!!!

with any icons !
i cant update my iPhone because of jailbreak .

data is not necessary and i can wipe all data !

the important thing is ios 9.3.3

would you please help me ?

Unfortunately it looks like you'll have to restore your iPhone through iTunes on your computer to get it working again. This will update it to iOS 10.0.2 and will result in the loss of the jailbreak.

Since you're talking about a jailbroken iPhone, I've moved your post to the Jailbreaking forum where it will receive more attention.

Maybe force starting will help:
Press and hold Home and Power button at the same time, until you see the Apple logo. As soon as it's visible, let go of both. Your device will power up on it's own.

Otherwise you'll have to use iTunes, as recommended by @scifan57 above.
