All my contacts got deleted.!!! Ugh,

So I have two phones, iPhone 4 & a iPhone 3G both have the same apple I.D same account, the 3G iphone I purchased for my sister to use pandora only & a couple games since she is disabled.. Well after upgrading the iPhone 3G to ios5, all my contacts on my iPhone 4 got deleted & were replaced by the contacts from the 3G. I know it sounds weird but is their anything I can do to get all my contacts back from the iPhone 4 maybe with iCloud.?
