I update my iPhone when complete all contacts are deleted without any backup

I have a Problem with my I Phone 4S as follow :
1. I received an update for iPhone
2. I make an update and when restart
3. Every Thing was Deleted with my (+2000 contacts )
4. I didn't make any Backup on I Tunes or i Cloud or on PC or in any
Facebook account or yahoo.

Please can Any one tell my how I can recover my Contacts

If you went from iOS 6 to iOS 7 in your updating, you have to give it several days to re-index. Before doing any modifications to iOS. you always backup your device, regardless of the supposed success rates
