Annoying window opens every 5seconds

Hello folks,

Both my iPhone 5S (iOS 8.2) and my iTunes version (12.1.1) for Windows (64bits) are the latest.

The annoying part of my problem is that a window "Start an iCloud Session" asking for my password, opens up every 5 seconds (or less), what renders my iP almost useless.The phone is working fine, except for this annoyg window that occupy a large part of the display.
There are other problems happening at the same time:
The phone icon doesn't shows at both my Dell Win8.1 (64bits) notebook, and at the iTunes app.
I welcome any given help.

What happens if you enter your password? I've had the same pop up and found that entering the password got rid of the pop up.
