Another jb question

Have a verizon iPhone and I pay for 2 gb of data usage. But if I jailbreak it and use a hotspot app from cydia will it use up my data plan.

Yes, you should only use mobile hotspot with an unlimited plan or for very short periods of time if you have a metered plan.
