iBlacklist. NOT the one in the appstore - get the one in Cydia. It's perfect, worth every penny.

I don't think that's what he's looking for. I think he's looking for a way to see people's numbers that block their number or have an unknown number which I don't believe is possible since the number is blocked before it even reaches your phone.
