Apple has created an immersive and interactive experience to promote the highly anticipated second season of Severance, the critically acclaimed Apple TV+ series. The event was hosted at New York City’s Grand Central Terminal, featuring a unique pop-up installation that brought fans into the world of Lumon Industries.

At the center of the event is a striking glass cube that recreates the sterile, minimalist workspaces of Lumon Industries, the fictional company at the heart of Severance. Inside the cube, actors playing the roles of Lumon employees engaged in a variety of activities seen in the show. From typing at their workstations and sipping coffee to performing yoga and playfully throwing paper airplanes, the cube encapsulated the surreal and unsettling corporate culture portrayed in the series.
Fans who visited the installation on its opening day were treated to a surprise appearance by Severance director Ben Stiller. He was joined by several cast members, including Adam Scott (Mark), Zach Cherry (Dylan), Patricia Arquette (Harmony), Britt Lower (Helly), and Tramell Tillman (Milchick). Adding to the authenticity of the experience, the actors remained in character as their “innie” counterparts, seamlessly blending into the makeshift Lumon office.

The pop-up event arrived just a few days ahead of the second season premiere of Severance, which debuts on Apple TV+ on Friday, January 17. Fans have eagerly awaited the return of the series since its first season aired three years ago. With its thought-provoking narrative, haunting visuals, and stellar performances, Severance has earned widespread acclaim and a devoted following.
