Anyone found a untethered jailbreak for 6.0.1???

Currently have a 3gs that's jailbroken and unlocked on 5.1.1, I want to update so bad but I don't want to lose the unlock on this phone, it's my business phone. Anyone know if there is a Untethered 6.0.1 unlock yet (preferably with RedSn0w)?

*ALSO, anyone looking for a unlock and was thinking of jailbreaking just to do it, I found a guy who can factory unlock AT&T iPhone's for cheap*
