I have an (iPhone 13) app for parking payment (Honk). When I complete the transaction and elect to pay using PayPal, I get an error saying Safari has no access (or something like that). I don't have internet (I'm in a parking lot) but I do have cellular data. This is mystifying and frustrating.
My spouse's iPhone 15 has no trouble completing the transaction.
Any idea what setting might be the culprit?
