Apple announced WWDC 25!

Today, Apple announced its WWDC 2025 events will take place the week of June 9th - June 13th! The Keynote will take place on June 9th, with developers and students invited to attend Apple's annual software update event. We should expect to see iOS 19, iPadOS 19, macOS 16, visionOS 3, and more announced during this keynote.

What do you guys think? I'm excited! I've been hearing rumors of a big redesign for iOS, which should be awesome. I'm sure it will be divisive

I wonder if Apple will unveil an M5 chip. It's been a year now since M4, and normally, M-series chips get refreshed every year. (At least that seems like the cadence Apple has been on)

They probably will now that I've got the M4 chip

I'm happy with that though, I don't think there will be much of a difference ...

I think the M4 is super solid. Honestly, I don't know how much better these chips can get. My M1 Max is still kicking butt nearly 4 years later!

I could see them marketing AI improvements and how much better it is, but I'm still not convinced that AI is anything more than marketing buzzwords to pump up stock prices. Don't get me wrong, ChatGPT is awesome and super helpful, but the Apple Intelligence stuff was just underwhelming to me. I don't find myself using any of those features daily.

I agree, I upgraded to the M4 Air for the larger screen more than anything else, my M2 is still great and handy to use upstairs or for transporting if need be, my son has my M1 Air and it's still going strong...
