Your problem might as well be related to Apple's problems right now. All you can do in that case, is to wait until it's over and to contact Apple Support to tell them about your problem:

iTunes Match was working for me last night, but started giving me problems this morning so it's more then likely related to this outage. I hope.

Reports on the internet are no better, The US, UK, Australia , Austria, Brazil, Bolivia, Poland, Serbia, South Africa, Cyprus, Canada, Spain, France, India, Italy, Indonesia, Portugal, Egypt, Denmark, Japan, Hong Kong and Germany are all experiencing problems.

A statement from Apple says it's caused by an internal DNS error.

I'm having trouble updating apps and downloading new apps after updating to iOS 8.2. Pls help. Anybody with similar issues?
