Apple Fitness+ has unveiled an exciting lineup of updates for 2025, offering new ways to stay active and mindful. This year’s offerings include innovative programs for strength training, pickleball, yoga, and breath meditation. The service also debuts a partnership with Strava, bringing even more motivation and integration to users.

New Programs for Every Fitness Journey

Progressive Strength Training:

Apple Fitness+ introduces “Three Perfect Weeks of Strength,” a guided program featuring 12 30-minute workouts designed to target all major muscle groups. This three-week program focuses on building strength progressively with techniques like Progressive Overload, Time Under Tension, and Dynamic Power. It’s a simple, repeatable routine for achieving fitness goals efficiently.

Pickleball Conditioning:

As pickleball continues to grow in popularity, Fitness+ launches the Strength, Endurance, and Agility for Pickleball program. Led by champion Catherine Parenteau, this program includes exercises inspired by her training regimen, helping players improve their performance on the court.

Yoga Peak Poses:

For yoga enthusiasts, Fitness+ introduces Yoga Peak Poses, a workshop-style series focusing on popular poses like Dancer and Crow. Each session includes a 10-minute prep flow and a 10-minute practice session, offering an intimate and educational experience.

Breath Meditation:

The Introduction to Breath Meditation program brings stress relief, energy boosts, and enhanced focus with techniques like belly breathing and box breathing. This addition expands Fitness+ meditation themes to a total of 12, offering users more mindfulness options.

Spotlight on Music and Movement

The Artist Spotlight series returns with new playlists featuring Janet Jackson, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and Kendrick Lamar. These curated playlists add energy and inspiration to workouts, with music tailored for cycling, HIIT, strength, and dance sessions.

Time to Walk also debuts new episodes featuring personalities like Adam Scott, Tiffany Haddish, and Daddy Yankee. This popular series continues to motivate users to move while enjoying stories, music, and insights from inspiring figures.

Fitness+ Teams Up with Strava

A new collaboration with Strava enhances workout tracking and community sharing. When Fitness+ users share workouts on Strava, they’ll now see detailed metrics, episode info, and more. Strava subscribers can also redeem up to three free months of Fitness+, giving them access to over 6,500 workouts and meditations.
