You do realize that these are guesses or wishes. We won't really know for for about 8 months.what a great upgrade of iphone 7!I can't waiting for the iphone7 released.

Who cares about 3rd party cases! They'll learn to create cases that can adapt to the iPhone 7. It would be ridiculous to limit the design of the iPhone 7 for that reason.
Plus people were saying similar things about the curved edges on the iPhone 6, but we learned to adapt.
